Tim has appraised the Chief John Ross cabin and grounds in Rossville, GA.; the Gordon Lee Mansion and its grounds in Chickamauga, GA.; the circa 1852 Hirum Douglas House, Hamilton County's oldest brick home; Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park; and many of the modern and very large personal residences of some of this area's business leaders.
He has also been used to value many of the area's stigmatized homes, in which crimes have occurred and are in other ways notable.
Tim resides with his family in the Windstone community, where they all enjoy golf and hanging out on the back porch. His wife Marlene is an Educational Facilitator with the Catoosa County School System's Special Education Department. His son, Alex, is 12. He enjoys golf, football, baseball, and Boy Scouts.
